Terms of Service (TOS)



By using the Service in any way you are agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement with webpro. It is understood that by using the Service you comply with this requisite.


The Agreement: The present document which contains the Terms of Use of WebPro Builder.


The Service: refers to the responsive websites editor provided by webpro through the Site (www.webpro.com.my).


The Site Builder: www.webpro.com.my/start#login


Content: refers to all and any information, features and designs (including texts, images, photographs, scripts, programming, logotypes, webpro builder panel design, etc.) and, in conclusion, all the software and content available through the Site in relation with the Service.


Registration data/information: refers to the information given by the client-user as part of the registration process which is needed to access the Site and to use the Service.

Registrar: refers to the entity managing the domain name registration on behalf of the user.

Domain name: the domain name (URL) that the user acquires through the Registrar.


Registrar Terms and Conditions: refers to the terms of use and legal conditions of the service of the Registrar and which the user must accept in order to register a domain.


Terms of Service (TOS) Use of WebPro.my ("Company") Services constitutes acceptance and agreement to Company's AUP (acceptable use policy) as well as Company's TOS In consideration for services to be delivered, Customer agrees to be bound to the following terms:


Customer agrees to adhere to the Company’s Anti-Spamming and Email Abuse Related Rules. "Anti-Spam" as applied to Email means Avoid Unsolicited Bulk Email ("UBE"). It is a concern to us if you send any unsolicited email to anyone with whom you have no relationship. It is much more of a concern, and more likely to cause our system to be blocked by various ISP's, for you to send an unsolicited email to an entire list of people you don't know.


Customer agrees not to engage in activity that violates federal local laws applicable to the service terms described herein.The Service is offered, and is to be used by the user, solely under the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Any use of the Service that is contrary to this Agreement will be the sole responsibility of the user.

Webpro notify that all its services and products, which include all software and documentation, in both electronic and printed media, contain copyrighted material, patent material, and other proprietary intellectual property.


The user is granted authorization to access and use the Service only as specifically provided for in this Agreement. Therefore, it is expressly forbidden to reproduce, modify, distribute or transmit the Service, as is any other similar conduct to the ones described above which may violate Webpro’s industrial property rights.


Service cancellations must be submitted in writing (to "support@webpro.my") at least 20 business days before your next billing cycle.


Non-Payment of services shall result in a 24-hour grace period, on the billing due date, before disconnection of services. All payment failures must be cured within the 24-hour grace period. Customers failing to secure payment within the grace period will incur service interruption ; Customers will be subject to a RM150 reconnection fee. Expired Domain may impose penalty of USD90 by US Domain Registrar on the late renewal.


Company is not responsible for data integrity on equipment or accounts reclaimed or suspended for non-payment.

All set-up fees and yearly service fees for all products and services are non-refundable . Customer agrees to pay for services rendered in advance of each yearly service term.

A service charge will be imposed for the Webpro Platform/ Web Hosting / Domain Transfer to Third Party Company at any time.

Company reserves the right to discontinue or terminate service to any Customer it deems, in its sole discretion, violates any condition of service including the Acceptable Use Policy, Email Rules and Procedures, and Terms of Services.


Additionally, in consideration for services to be delivered, Customer agrees to be bound to the following terms: Account Setup can be refused, discontinued, or terminated at the sole discretion of Company. We are very careful to confirm Customer input to prevent fraudulent orders. Any irregularities will be cause for refusal as we are providing instant activation for this reason to maintain a secure infrastructure and safe services. Customer agrees to allow for time to screen for fraud, confirm Customer (order form) input, and verify payment receipt before services are rendered.


It is the Customer's responsibility to provide Company with an up-to-date phone number and e-mail address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under (i.e. if your order is for domain.tld, then your contact e-mail address cannot also be on domain.tld, such as customer@domain.tld; if you use such a contact e-mail address, then the Welcome "Account Info" e-mail may fail to reach your e-mail inbox).

Service Cancellation Fees apply, All payments are due before service is rendered on or before the defined monthly recurring billing date of each month. A service month starts on the date the account becomes available to you.





PAYMENT policy



Your payment will be due on the same day of each calendar year. You authorize Company to charge your credit or debit card to pay for any charges that may apply to your account. You have a specific obligation to immediately notify Company, in writing (to "support@webpro.my"), of any changes to your card account (including applicable account number or cancellation or expiration of the account, your billing address, or any information that may prohibit Company from properly charging your account).


Payments are expected on or before your next payment or cancellation date. If you no longer require service we require you to notify Company, in writing (to "support@webpro.my"), that you wish to discontinue service ten (20) business days , Termination Fees apply for cancellation of service and transfer of domain . You agree that until and unless you notify Company, in writing (to " support@webpro.my "), of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a cancellation basis. If payment is not received by the billing due date, Company reserves the right to deactivate your account/service until payment is rendered.
